What is a business health check?

A business health check is a structured review of how work actually moves through your company — how enquiries arrive, how they become quotes, how work is delivered, and how any of it is reported on.

Ours takes about three minutes to complete and covers the operational areas where small and medium UK businesses most often lose time: duplicated data entry, handovers between teams, and management visibility.

What do I get at the end of it?

An Operations Map showing how your business currently runs, an indicative maturity view, and practical next steps you can act on whether or not you ever work with us.

The report is AI-generated from your answers and is indicative rather than an audit.

How long does the business health check take?

About three minutes. There are no long-form questions and nothing you need to prepare or look up beforehand.

Does it cost anything, and will I be sold to?

It is free, and there is no obligation. If your answers suggest your existing tools are working well, we will say so — we are a consultancy first, and telling someone they do not need a new system is a legitimate outcome.

What happens to my answers?

They are used to generate your report and to follow up if you ask us to. They are never sold or shared. Your name and email are not sent to the AI that generates the report.

Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed conversation. The Business Operations Review itself is designed to be answered at a high level, so you can keep commercially sensitive detail out until an NDA is in place.
